Spring has landed

Spring is finally upon us. I don’t know about you but it’s felt like a very long wait. Yesterday was the first day I’ve spent working in the garden but I managed to get an awful lot done. I’ve removed any weeds, mowed the lawn, sprayed my fence panels and brushed my patio areas.

It looks a lot cleaner but there’s till loads more work to do before I can invite my family and friends over. I need to sand down my table and chairs and oil them, whilst there’s plenty of planting to do, and many shrubs that need to be tamed back. We’re currently contemplating getting a summerhouse built too, so I’m sure we’ll have lots going on and I’ll be keeping you up to date with my progress.
